Returns & Refund Policy
It is always the intention of our team that our customers receive the correct item first time. However, we know that returns are necessary at times, so we have a clear, no-nonsense policy on returns to help you.
Goods which are unwanted or purchased in error will be refunded to the full purchase price if the following conditions are met:
1. The goods must be unused, in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.
2. We should be notified of an intention to return goods within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods – email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 0113 2558655. Our team will take some details and will provide a Return Reference number.
3. The goods will need to be returned to Aire Valley Rewinds Limited, marked with a valid Returns Reference, at the customer’s own expense, within 30 days of original purchase. Collection can be arranged for an additional cost.
We regret that we are unable to accept items without a valid Returns Reference.
Where goods are subject to a manufacturer’s warranty, a refund or repair will be offered free of charge provided the fault is caused by a manufacturing defect and not incorrect installation or operation. See the manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions for full details.
If you encounter a fault with a product purchased from us, please call us on 0113 2558655. Please note that products may need to be inspected by the manufacturer prior to authorising a warranty claim. This may necessitate sending the product to the manufacturer. The customer is liable for the cost of this return if the fault is determined to be caused by incorrect installation or operation.
